Braxton-Grant Technologies was awarded this Master Contract, effective 01 October, 2012 through 30 September, 2027, BPO Number: 060B2490021, which enables any State agency in the State of Maryland government to procure software quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively by issuing Purchase Order Requests for Quotations (PORFQs) specific to its needs..

Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS)
All software as a service (SaaS) is excluded from this master contract.

This statewide contract vehicle permits agencies to procure the following:
  • Functional Area I: COTS Software (excluding Microsoft)

Maryland Consulting and Technical Services + (CATS+)

Maryland’s Department of Information Technology (DoIT) has awarded Braxton-Grant Technologies a 12-year CATS+ (Consulting and Technical Services Plus) Master Contract effective 21 April, 2013. As a CATS+ Master Contractor, Braxton-Grant Technologies may provide IT consulting and technical services and solutions to state agencies that purchase services through this vehicle.

CATS+ is an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract vehicle held and managed by DoIT, valid through April 21, 2028. State agencies issue Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFPs) and Requests for Resume (RFRs) in specific Functional Areas. CATS+ offers 17 Functional Areas, covering most IT needs.
